Greece Golden Visa Investment Zones (2026)
Greece's Golden Visa program grants a renewable 5-year residence permit in exchange for a real estate investment of a set amount. The investment threshold varies by zone (see the table below). The program does not grant citizenship directly; a separate citizenship application becomes possible after 7 years.
